Overview
We are hiring Mission Control Associates to support the real-time operations of a rapidly growing autonomous ride-hailing program.
In this role, you will work behind the scenes from a Service Operations Command Center, helping ensure autonomous vehicle trips are completed safely, efficiently, and successfully.
Mission Control operates similarly to air traffic control, but for a fleet of autonomous vehicles. You will monitor fleet activity, respond to operational issues, coordinate vehicle recovery when necessary, troubleshoot basic vehicle concerns, and communicate with multiple teams to keep service operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Support real-time autonomous vehicle service operations from the Service Operations Command Center
Monitor fleet activity and individual vehicle operations
Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure operational teams are ready for service
Serve as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
Identify operational issues and create service disruption tickets using an internal ticketing system
Escalate technical or operational concerns to the appropriate teams
Dispatch Fleet Response crews when vehicles require assistance or recovery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide timely status updates
Manage operational configurations, including restricted service areas and hours of operation
Respond to changing road conditions, traffic incidents, civic events, emergency scenes, and other service disruptions
Maintain accurate operational documentation
Assist with process improvements to increase safety and service efficiency
Communicate clearly and professionally with operations, fleet, technical, and support teams
Schedule & Shifts
AM Shift Options:
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday – Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
PM Shift Option:
Friday – Tuesday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Training Schedule
New hires will complete training Monday through Friday based on their assigned shift:
AM Training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
PM Training: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Candidates must be able to commit to the required training schedule.
Requirements
Must be able to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NV
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating computer-based systems
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, dashboards, and internal tools
Ability to monitor multiple situations and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Proactive, resourceful, and able to respond appropriately to changing operational conditions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused operations environment
Reliable and able to work the assigned schedule, including weekends where required
Must be able to pass required background screening and drug screening
Must comply with the company's Substance Abuse Policy
Active Nevada driver's license and clean driving record

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Dispatch or fleet operations experience
Transportation or logistics experience
Experience working in an operations center, command center, or control-room environment
Technical support or troubleshooting experience
Experience using ticketing systems or operational dashboards
Autonomous vehicle or mobility industry experience
Experience coordinating real-time incidents or field operations
