Looking for a CDL-A driver job with consistent home time, competitive pay, and variety? We’re hiring Flex Drivers to handle dedicated routes, cover time-off schedules, and assist on heavier runs throughout the Midwest.

This position is ideal for experienced drivers who are confident in tight city maneuvers (especially in Chicago), like a mix of night and early evening driving, and want to stay active with hands-on freight.

✅ Job Highlights:

• Guaranteed Pay: Minimum $1,400/week

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400+ (Top drivers earn up to $1,697/week)

• Average Annual Pay: $88,248+

• Home Daily

• Paid Weekly

• Stop Pay: $13 per stop (excluding final)

• Delay Pay: $18.54/hour

• Training Pay: $18.54/hour (minimum 1 week)

🕒 Schedule:

• Start times vary between 5:00 PM and 1:00 AM

• Monday through Saturday routes

• 1,500+ weekly miles

• Average 8 stops per route

🚚 Equipment:

• 2014–2021 Peterbilt Trucks (Automatic Transmission)

• Pre-Pass and EZ Pass equipped

• 28’ and 48’ Dry Van with Lift Gates

• Doubles Endorsement preferred (not required for this role)

📦 Freight:

• Touch freight (aftermarket parts)

• Handling roller cages, loose pieces, and boxed freight

• Weight range: 40–75 lbs

🔍 Requirements:

• 12+ months recent CDL-A experience

• Must be confident maneuvering in city environments, especially Chicago

• Able to pass DOT drug screen and company hair/nail test

• Valid CDL-A and medical card

• Clean MVR and criminal background (subject to review per FMCSA guidelines)

• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years

• Must be 21 years of age or older
