Remote Data/Content Annotation Specialist with Outstanding Writing Skills
Must Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree (must have graduated)
Location: Remote 

Pay: $20.00 per hour (1099)

Description:

Are you a skilled individual with experience in data or content annotation? We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Remote Data/Content Annotation Specialists.
This is a remote position, available to USA citizens currently residing in the US.

Requirements:

• 1099 Position
• Stable Internet connection + Laptop(computer)
• Excellent written English skills
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently and in team
• Previous experience in data or content annotation is preferred
• Availability to work 20-40 hours per week.
• Ideal candidates may include teachers, professors, writers, editors, and individuals with similar backgrounds
• Previous experience with Remote Jobs is a Plus

Responsibilities: 
Tasks will change project to project, but typically fall into the following buckets of work:
 

• Multimodal data annotation: Accurately label and tag data, including images and text, following provided guidelines.
• Multiple-choice question generation: Create clear and high-quality questions for educational or AI training purposes.
• Quality assurance: Review and verify your annotations to ensure consistency and correctness across datasets.
• Data processing: Handle large volumes of data, ensuring tasks are completed within project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher. Recent grads are encouraged to apply!
• Has done well (B or above) in a college-level mathematics course. 
• A solid grasp of basic math and an ability to understand complex concepts and work with technical data.
• Attention to detail: Precision is crucial, as incorrect labeling can impact the performance of machine learning models.
• English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for generating content and annotating text-based data.
• Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Data literacy: Experience or familiarity with handling and processing various types of data is preferred.
• Technical aptitude: Comfort with basic software tools, spreadsheets, or annotation platforms is beneficial.

Role Details:

• Each prompt and model response evaluation typically takes approximately 5 minutes.
• There is no restriction on the number of responses you can evaluate.
• Compensation is based on active hours spent in the evaluation tool.
