Position: AI Trainer - U.S. English
Location: San Antonio, TX (Uptown Central)
Employment Type: Full-time, In-person
Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

About the Role:
We're looking for AI Trainers fluent in U.S. English to work on a long-term search evaluation project. You'll assess and grade search results to help optimise user experiences, no prior experience required! If you have a background in customer service, admin work, or retail, you're encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate search results based on U.S. English and local cultural knowledge.
Analyse user intent to refine search results.

Requirements:

Recent graduates welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Born and educated primarily in the U.S.
Tech-savvy, Mac OS experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Must commute to San Antonio and work in-office, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
