Autonomous Vehicle Operator – Data Collection
Location: Sunnyvale & San Francisco, CA (Local Driving)
Pay: $28.00/hour | Full-Time Rolling Contract

Applied Intuition, Inc. is partnering with HireArt to advance the future of autonomous vehicle development. We are seeking skilled Vehicle Operators - Data Collection to join our mission-critical program.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, safety-focused professionals who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge mobility technology. You’ll play a hands-on role in testing and refining next-generation driving systems by collecting the data that fuels innovation.

What You’ll Do:

Safely operate test vehicles on predefined routes for 4–8 hours daily
Perform routine inspections to confirm vehicle roadworthiness
Support data collection with basic software and Linux/command line tools
Document observations, anomalies, and issues during test runs
Collaborate with engineers to provide valuable feedback
Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage

Shifts Available:

Friday–Tuesday
Thursday–Monday
AM: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | PM: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

We’re Looking For:

Strong professional driving experience with ability to operate vehicles for extended periods
Familiarity with Linux/command line (required)
Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and safety awareness
Ability to work on-site in both Sunnyvale and San Francisco
AV industry or data collection experience a plus (but not required)

Drive test will contain cone obstacles navigation and different types of parking.
Upon successful driving test - start onboarding
