Service Technician – Delivery Robots & Autonomous Vehicles
Location: Tucson, AZ – Onsite
Pay: $23–$28/hour
Shifts:

FT: 4x10-hour shifts (8AM–9PM operations)
PT: Sat/Sun 10-hour shifts
Contract: 12 Months

We’re hiring mechanically skilled technicians to maintain and repair self-driving delivery robots. You’ll handle daily operations, battery swaps, repairs, and occasional field service calls.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and deploy robots each morning
Swap batteries, monitor performance, and keep fleet ready
Assemble and install harnesses, cables, and sensors (LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic)
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (using hand tools, multimeters, diagnostic software)
Respond to field incidents and make on-site repairs
Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized

Requirements

Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on mechanical work
Able to use scooters for quick response calls
Valid driver’s license with clean record (last 12 months)
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Able to read 2D mechanical drawings and follow manuals
Experience with tools, multimeters, or diagnostics software

Preferred

Background in automotive, robotics, or electronics repair
Shop-floor or service bay experience
