Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

About the Role
Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company as a Fleet Supervisor – Base Operations in Miami. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily fleet operations, ensure all vehicles are ready for deployment, and maintain top safety and performance standards. You’ll lead and support a small team of drivers and technicians while keeping operations efficient, organized, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fleet and driver operations.
• Manage vehicle readiness, service routing, and logistics.
• Track inventory, parts, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
• Serve as on-shift point of contact for issue resolution and communication.
• Train, coach, and support team members and new hires.
• Contribute to data reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ year of team leadership or shift supervision experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (0 points).
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Able to travel locally up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Git, Jira, or Confluence.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle or fleet operations.
