Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a Triage Analyst to support Autonomy and Operations teams by reviewing, annotating, and categorizing events from real-world driving and simulation. This role focuses on analyzing AV data using visualization tools and applying detailed policy guidelines to ensure accurate classification and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Autonomy and Operations teams to review events of interest
• Annotate events with contextual information following Triage Policy and Guidelines
• Categorize events by issue type and priority using visualization tools
• Review video, textual, and numerical data to assess AV performance
• Process detailed guideline documentation and apply it accurately
• Assemble and present performance reports using triage data
• Work across internal tools and systems for event review and tracking
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret detailed guidelines
• Experience working in a team-based operational environment
• Experience working with data to generate reports (quantitative and qualitative)
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
• Proficiency with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar tools
• Experience with 2D/3D visualization tools preferred
• Experience in AV, robotics, or annotation/labeling roles preferred

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA
