🚛 CDL-A Regional Driver – Dedicated Container Freight | $1,750/Wk Avg | No-Touch | Home Often – Wilmington, DE

✅ Position Overview:

  • All Container Work – Haul 40’ containers from our drop yard near Wilmington Port

  • No Touch Freight – Just drive. No lumping.

  • Routes: Bethlehem, PA / CT / NY / MD / VA / PA

  • Home After Most Runs – Unless delayed by hours-of-service or running NYC

  • Slip Seat Operation – You drive it, you clean it

💰 Pay & Benefits:

  • Average $1,750/week | $85,000+/year

  • $0.63 per mile + Stop & Delay Pay

  • Weekly Miles: Avg. 1,700

  • $1,500 Guaranteed Pay 

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus 

  • Weekly Direct Deposit

  • Full Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

⏱ Schedule:

  • Night Start Times: Between 5PM–Midnight

  • 6-Day Work Weeks – Weekend runs expected

  • Regional – Home After Each Dispatch (unless HOS or routing extends it)

🚚 Equipment:

  • 2023 Kenworth T680s & 2024 Freightliner Cascadias

  • Automatic Transmissions

  • Governed at 65 mph

  • No pets, no passengers, no smoking – professional fleet standards

🧾 Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A + TWIC (or willing to get one – we’ll reimburse)

  • 6+ months recent experience (containers or tanker preferred)

  • Clean MVR, PSP, and background

  • 21+ years old and able to pass DOT + Hair/Nail Drug Test

  • Night driving & flexible scheduling required
