Now Hiring: OTR Team Truck Drivers – Reefer Freight (PA-Based)

Pay: Teams split $0.76 CPM (6720-8400 miles a week, $2550-$3200 per driver a week)
Home Base: Pennsylvania
Freight Type: 100% Reefer

We are looking for OTR team drivers ready to run hard and maximize miles. This is a great opportunity for teams who want consistent freight, strong earning potential, and long-term stability with an employee-owned company.

What You’ll Do:

• Run long-haul OTR team routes across the U.S.
• Operate primarily in Northeast (NE) markets
• Haul 100% refrigerated freight
• Work as a team to keep the truck moving and maximize miles

Requirements:

• Must have Northeast driving experience
• Team drivers required
• One driver can have 6+ months experience if the other has 3+ years OTR experience
• Clean and safe driving record
• Ability to run hard and handle demanding routes
