Fleet Maintenance & Detailing Associate

Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $19.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time Contract || On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking to hire a dependable Fleet Maintenance & Detailing Associate to clean, charge, inspect, and maintain vehicles for daily fleet operations. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with automotive detailing, vehicle maintenance, or basic mechanical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, wash, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors.
Charge vehicles and prepare them for daily dispatch.
Perform basic inspections of tires, lights, fluids, and wipers.
Complete light maintenance, including replacing bulbs and wiper blades.
Report mechanical issues and safety concerns promptly.
Move vehicles safely and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance checks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor or garage environments.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work the scheduled afternoon/evening shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, fleet maintenance, or light mechanical repairs.
