Shifts:

• AM: 7:30 AM–3:00 PM PT
• PM: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM PT

About the Role

An innovative AI and robotics company is hiring Production Associates to support daily operations in an onsite robotics lab. This role involves loading, staging, resetting, and organizing robot workstations between production cycles, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and identifying and reporting equipment or process issues.

This is a hands-on, routine-focused position suited to dependable individuals who are comfortable working on their feet, following detailed instructions, and switching between tasks as operational priorities change.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, stage, reset, and organize robotics workstations and equipment.
• Support production and lab operations between work cycles.
• Perform repetitive and routine tasks accurately and consistently.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions, safety procedures, and onsite protocols.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next production cycle.
• Identify and report equipment issues or abnormalities to the appropriate team.
• Move between tasks as priorities change.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and focused work environment.
• Follow required dress code, PPE, safety, and workplace standards.

Required Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, routine work throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and remain active for a full work shift.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay productive during downtime.
• Flexible and willing to switch tasks based on operational needs.
• Professional conduct in a shared lab/office environment with visitors and customers onsite.
• Ability to maintain a quiet, focused workspace and limit personal phone use to breaks.
• Willingness to follow workplace dress code and safety requirements.
• Ability to work occasional weekends, overtime, or graveyard shifts when needed.
• Must be available for a full AM or PM shift.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• No C2C arrangements.
• Willingness to complete a basic criminal background check.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA, and relocate to the Sunnyvale, CA worksite when the company moves in mid-November.

Workplace & Safety Requirements

Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required. Long hair must be secured, and clothing must be fitted with no loose items that could create a safety concern. Tank tops and clothing containing inappropriate graphics or slogans are not permitted. Required PPE will be provided onsite.
