About the Role
We are partnering with an innovative company in the autonomous mobility industry to hire a Fleet Coordinator to support the health, readiness, and performance of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys coordinating across teams, manages data, and supports automotive or technical service operations. You’ll help ensure vehicles move smoothly from development to operations while maintaining real-time visibility into fleet status.
What You’ll Do
As a Fleet Coordinator, you’ll support daily fleet operations by managing scheduling, tracking vehicle health, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with scheduling teams to secure repair slots and minimize vehicle downtime
Monitoring open vehicle issues and creating action plans to maintain fleet health
Maintaining accurate historical records for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Assisting in the creation and improvement of technical documentation and operational processes
Supporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performance
Performing quality inspections on repair orders to ensure compliance with company standards
Supporting parts ordering and availability for scheduled and unscheduled repairs
Coordinating across operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and fleet teams
Conducting monthly shop safety inspections and submitting results to the EHS team
Creating and managing work orders, tickets, and maintenance logs across internal systems
Supporting vehicle calibrations, service workflows, and vehicle movement requests
You’ll regularly work alongside technicians, engineers, and operations teams to maintain strong situational awareness of fleet status.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environment
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working across ticketing systems, dashboards, and internal tools
Clear and timely communication skills (email, messaging platforms, cross-team coordination)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and comply with substance abuse policies
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an automotive service or fleet environment
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
