About the Role

We are partnering with an innovative company in the autonomous mobility industry to hire a Fleet Coordinator to support the health, readiness, and performance of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys coordinating across teams, manages data, and supports automotive or technical service operations. You’ll help ensure vehicles move smoothly from development to operations while maintaining real-time visibility into fleet status.

What You’ll Do

As a Fleet Coordinator, you’ll support daily fleet operations by managing scheduling, tracking vehicle health, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with scheduling teams to secure repair slots and minimize vehicle downtime

  • Monitoring open vehicle issues and creating action plans to maintain fleet health

  • Maintaining accurate historical records for vehicle maintenance and repairs

  • Assisting in the creation and improvement of technical documentation and operational processes

  • Supporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performance

  • Performing quality inspections on repair orders to ensure compliance with company standards

  • Supporting parts ordering and availability for scheduled and unscheduled repairs

  • Coordinating across operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and fleet teams

  • Conducting monthly shop safety inspections and submitting results to the EHS team

  • Creating and managing work orders, tickets, and maintenance logs across internal systems

  • Supporting vehicle calibrations, service workflows, and vehicle movement requests

You’ll regularly work alongside technicians, engineers, and operations teams to maintain strong situational awareness of fleet status.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or automotive environment

  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable working across ticketing systems, dashboards, and internal tools

  • Clear and timely communication skills (email, messaging platforms, cross-team coordination)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and comply with substance abuse policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an automotive service or fleet environment

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS Office

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience

Why This Role Matters

The Fleet Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability for an autonomous vehicle fleet. This position helps bridge the gap between development and operations, supports high-quality maintenance workflows, and contributes directly to the success of next-generation mobility technology.
