What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations: Oversee vehicle readiness, coordinate movement, and handle essential paperwork.
Manage inventory: Keep parts stocked, organized, and ready for action.
Ensure safety & compliance: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace.
Support multiple sites: Help keep operations running at different locations.
Be the go-to leader: Solve problems, coach your team, and drive collaboration.
Train & onboard new hires: Set clear expectations and provide hands-on guidance.
Champion improvement: Analyze data, track performance, and suggest smarter processes.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of leadership experience
Clean driving record (zero points)
Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
Strong skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a great communicator
Able to travel locally (less than 20%)
Bonus Points:
Experience with fleet vehicles or technical equipment
Familiarity with Git, Jira, or Confluence
