Professional Local Driver (Non-CDL)

We are partnering with a local Tech Leader, No Technical Experience required. $22.00 AN HOUR BASE

We are now Targeting candidates for November 2024 start, These are new positions with few openings, Top pay working for a private fleet.

DRIVERS SHOULD HAVE MIN 36 MONTHS SAFE DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Driver Schedule Hours:

Multiple shifts/schedules (operating 7 days per week), FT (30+ hours per week) & PT (5-7 hours per shift, minimum 2-3 shifts per week)

As a Driver (Tester), you will:

Support vehicle operations.
Drive 4-8 hours a day with a priority on safety.
Conduct basic software operation tasks.
Support missions through a wide variety of roles in and out of vehicles.
Assist with documentation and metrics.
Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams.
Support vehicle maintenance and logistics.
Conduct daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs.
Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
Ensure the readiness and cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and the workplace.
Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.

Driver Benefits:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record
Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
The ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
Comfortable pushing individuals in wheelchairs up a ramp and into a car
Methodical and process-oriented
Organized and able to document daily summaries
Able to maintain composure under pressure
A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components or computers a plus
