Position: Autonomous Vehicle Driver 
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (In-person)
Pay: $26/hour 
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time | Shifts between 10 AM–9 PM | Weekend availability required

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face of autonomous transport—interact with riders and ensure a smooth, safe experience
• Provide feedback to improve vehicle comfort and rider satisfaction
• Perform daily safety checks and keep vehicles spotless inside and out
• Follow traffic laws and safety protocols with precision
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair access
• Document daily operations and support the tech team with insights

🧠 What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of clean driving experience
• Confidence behind the wheel of autonomous vehicles
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and assist passengers with accessibility needs
• Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
• Bonus points for tech skills—electronics, mechanics, or computer know-how

📅 Your Schedule

Shifts:
Shifts are scheduled based on operational needs but are posted 2 weeks in advance. We do our best to honor preferred availability (AM only, PM only, flexible, etc.).
-Shifts range from 4–8 hours, regardless of part-time or full-time status
-Full-time is defined as 30+ hours per week

Sample shifts include: 
5:00 AM–12:30 PM
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
9:00 AM–5:00 PM
12:00 PM–7:30 PM 
(subject to change)
