JobOverview We are hiring a Data Capture Technician to support reality capture and AI-driven data collection on active construction sites across Texas. In this field-based role, you will operate 360-degree cameras and surveying equipment to capture high-quality site data used for computer vision, machine learning, and algorithmic analysis. KeyResponsibilities
Operate 360° cameras, reality capture tools, and surveying equipment on construction sites
Capture accurate, comprehensive site data following established workflows and methodologies
Document site conditions and clearly communicate progress to project teams
Follow all construction site safety protocols, including client- and site-specific guidelines
Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet data capture requirements
Work on large-scale construction projects across Texas
RequiredQualifications (Must-Have)
Availability for one full weekday per week (flexible hours; must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Strong work ethic: dependable, punctual, detail-oriented
Clear communication skills and strong safety awareness
Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures
PreferredQualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Background or interest in construction, surveying, civil engineering, or field operations
Previous experience with fieldwork, site inspections, or technical equipment
Photography, mapping, or geospatial data exposure
College students or recent graduates in related disciplines encouraged to apply
