Vehicle Operations Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles (San Francisco, CA)

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with autonomous vehicle technology and contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems operating in the real world.

What You'll Do

  • Drive company vehicles for up to 6 hours per shift while collecting real-world driving data
  • Execute test scenarios and monitor vehicle system performance
  • Document observations and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
  • Perform vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to improve autonomous driving systems

What We're Looking For

  • Valid U.S. Driver's License (held for at least 5 years)
  • Strong driving record and defensive driving skills
  • High attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Comfortable using technology tools and software platforms
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and emerging technology
Must be available to start 6/15/2026

Interview Process

  1. 30-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager
  2. 30-minute on-site driving assessment
