What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from vehicle operators and safety drivers.
- Troubleshoot, document, and escalate technical issues to engineering teams.
- Use Unix/Linux command-line tools to review logs and assist with diagnostics.
- Monitor fleet readiness, charging status, and operational health.
- Perform vehicle startup and shutdown procedures.
- Support vehicle dispatch and return operations.
- Conduct basic hardware checks including cable connections and onboard equipment.
- Move vehicles around the facility when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
Required
- At least 1 year of technical support, IT support, help desk, operations support, or related experience
- Comfortable using Unix/Linux command line on a daily basis
- Experience with commands such as:
- cd
- ls
- cp
- rm
- cat
- vim
- scp
- uptime
- journalctl
- Experience using Slack
- Jira
- YouTrack
- ServiceNow
- Zendesk
- Similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around vehicles and technology
