HireArt is partnering with an innovative autonomous ride-hailing company to hire a Level 3 Vehicle Operator. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of transportation technology and play a direct role in the future of autonomous mobility.

As a Vehicle Operator, you’ll help ensure the safe operation, testing, maintenance, and readiness of advanced autonomous vehicles while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Shift Options

Day Shifts

  • 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
  • 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shifts

  • 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
  • 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
  • 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
  • 5:45 PM – 2:00 AM

Available Schedules

  • Wednesday – Sunday
  • Thursday – Monday
  • Friday – Tuesday
  • Saturday – Wednesday

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily autonomous vehicle operations
  • Safely drive and monitor vehicles for 4–8 hours per shift
  • Conduct software and hardware testing tasks
  • Assist with operational missions both inside and outside vehicles
  • Document performance metrics and provide detailed feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
  • Perform basic preventative vehicle maintenance checks
  • Support vehicle logistics, movement, and storage
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
  • Complete paperwork and operational documentation accurately
