Vehicle Operations Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles (San Francisco, CA)

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with autonomous vehicle technology and contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems operating in the real world.
What You'll Do
- Drive company vehicles for up to 6 hours per shift while collecting real-world driving data
- Execute test scenarios and monitor vehicle system performance
- Document observations and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate closely with engineers to improve autonomous driving systems

What We're Looking For
- Valid U.S. Driver's License (held for at least 5 years)
- Strong driving record and defensive driving skills
- High attention to detail and situational awareness
- Comfortable using technology tools and software platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and emerging technology
Interview Process
- 30-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager
- 30-minute on-site driving assessment
