We are seeking a Vehicle Operations Specialist to support the testing and development of next-generation autonomous vehicle technology.

In this role, you will operate company vehicles equipped with advanced technology systems, execute structured test scenarios, monitor vehicle performance, and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams. This position combines safe driving, technology, data collection, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Available Shifts

AM Shift
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday

PM Shift
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday

Training Schedule
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM for the first two days

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles while maintaining safe driving practices and legal compliance
• Monitor vehicle software systems during testing activities
• Execute structured test scenarios in real-world driving environments
• Document vehicle performance and system behaviors
• Provide detailed verbal and written feedback to engineering teams
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure cameras, sensors, radar, and LiDAR systems are clean and operational
• Report technical concerns and assist with troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support testing objectives

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Clean driving record with no major violations within the last five years
• No more than one violation point on driving record
• Strong situational awareness and ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Comfortable working with software applications and technology platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and testing protocols
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Experience

• Autonomous vehicle operations, testing, or data collection
• Technical troubleshooting
• Professional driving experience
• Transportation, logistics, or field operations experience
